Claude is the brand new owner of The Supper Truck! Acquired in 2015 from the previous owner, Amy Black, a true renaissance woman! Inspired by the food truck scene in Charleston, South Carolina, Amy made this truck her dream to create Southern inspired fusion cuisine right here in Albuquerque!!  

 

Keeping her dream alive, Claude has kept the fan favorites and is working to expand this creatively Southern menu. Claude has many years of experience in restaurants and is a visionary of what SUPPER is to become!
